My journey began in graphic and web design, followed by IT infrastructure management at a nonprofit organisation. I later expanded into software engineering, with AI becoming a key focus. Over the past 13 years, my work has grown to include building systems, leading engineering teams, modernising platforms, shaping technology strategy, and developing leaders across startups and global organisations.

My experience spans software engineering, architecture, cloud infrastructure, AI, product innovation, and organisational leadership. Through it all, I have learned that meaningful results come from understanding the business and its customers, making sound technical decisions, and building capable teams who can lead and deliver without needing me in the room.

Alongside my executive work, I am the founder of Prabbis Consulting Inc., host of the Career & Faith Podcast, a speaker, and a mentor. My work is grounded in faith, integrity, excellence, and a belief that technology and leadership should create meaningful value for both organisations and people.

Led distributed engineering teams across Dublin and Vancouver responsible for AWS Network Telemetry services. Grew the Vancouver engineering team rapidly while leading technology roadmaps, delivery, AI adoption, stakeholder alignment, and operational excellence.
